Children's Hospital of Michigan (CHM)

A proud member of the Detroit Medical Center (DMC), Children's Hospital of Michigan is the only free standing, dedicated children's hospital in Detroit and has provided the highest quality of care to children and adolescents in a caring, efficient, and family-centered environment. Children's Hospital of Michigan is ranked among the best in the country in seven pediatric specialties and has a subspecialty pediatric radiology practice.

Detroit Receiving Hospital (DRH)

DMC Detroit Receiving Hospital, Michigan's first Level I Trauma Center, is a constant and innovative force in the evolution of emergency medicine. Detroit Receiving Hospital hosts one of the busiest and most well-equipped emergency departments anywhere, training nearly half of practicing emergency medicine physicians in Michigan and providing real trauma experiences that can only be gained at an urban, subspecialty center.

Harper University Hospital

Established in 1863, Harper University Hospital is among America's oldest and most highly regarded teaching institutions. It is currently ranked by U.S. News & World Report as one of "America's Best Hospitals". Every subspecialty of medicine is represented.

Hutzel Hospital

Michigan's first and only hospital for women, Hutzel Women's Hospital is home to the nation's only NIH Perinatology Research Branch.

Karmanos Cancer Institute

An NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center caring for about 12,000 new patients annually and conducting more than 800 cancer-specific scientific investigations and clinical trials, Karmanos is among the nation's best cancer centers. Karmanos is the only hospital in Michigan focused solely on fighting cancer.

John D. Dingell VA Medical Center

John D. Dingell VA Medical Center has helped provide compassionate and high quality care for our veterans since 1939. Services are available to more than 330,000 veterans living in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb and St. Clair counties. The VA hospital represents a unique population of patients, with opportunities ranging from training in arterial interventions in IR to extensive MR volume.

Sinai-Grace Hospital

Much more than just a community hospital, Sinai-Grace is in the heart of urban Detroit, offering another opportunity to be exposed to a busy ER with acutely ill patients. Sinai-Grace also historically offers residents a measure of autonomy not found at other facilities.

Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital

Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital is a full-service suburban community teaching hospital and part of the institutes comprising Detroit Medical Center.
